首块索塔钢壳吊装完成 长江五桥进入水上施工阶段

经过近一年(nian)的施(shi)(shi)工(gong),南京长江五桥(qiao)完(wan)成钻(zuan)孔(kong)桩施(shi)(shi)工(gong)、承台浇筑(zhu),2018年(nian)3月19日(ri)正式转入水上施(shi)(shi)工(gong)阶段。

在(zai)(zai)江(jiang)北(bei)的(de)长江(jiang)五桥(qiao)施工(gong)平(ping)台,工(gong)程车(che)辆(liang)来来往往,一(yi)派繁忙景象(xiang)。沿着临时栈(zhan)桥(qiao)一(yi)路向前,就来到江(jiang)面,在(zai)(zai)已建好的(de)桥(qiao)塔承台上,索(suo)塔最下面的(de)第一(yi)节(jie)段(duan),正式进行吊装施工(gong)。 

和南京(jing)现有的4座过江(jiang)大(da)桥(qiao)(qiao)不一样,长江(jiang)五(wu)桥(qiao)(qiao)跨江(jiang)主桥(qiao)(qiao)为(wei)我市跨江(jiang)大(da)桥(qiao)(qiao)中的新(xin)品种“三塔(ta)斜拉桥(qiao)(qiao)”,这种设(she)计可(ke)以保证桥(qiao)(qiao)下双(shuang)向4航道通行能力,便于大(da)型船只通过。从效果(guo)图看(kan),3座塔(ta)拉起(qi)的绳索(suo)像撑起(qi)的3把雨伞(san)摆(bai)放在主桥(qiao)(qiao)上(shang)。

北塔(ta)(ta)(ta)桩水(shui)(shui)(shui)下(xia)深90米(mi),去年(nian)11月份,重达550吨、横截(jie)(jie)面(mian)有1066平方米(mi)的(de)(de)六边形北塔(ta)(ta)(ta)钢(gang)套箱(xiang),由1000吨大型(xing)浮吊船吊装(zhuang)下(xia)沉至江(jiang)底。钢(gang)套箱(xiang)实际(ji)就是(shi)(shi)施工(gong)平台(tai)和围堰模板,沉到江(jiang)底后经过抽干,挡(dang)住江(jiang)水(shui)(shui)(shui),形成(cheng)水(shui)(shui)(shui)下(xia)部(bu)分的(de)(de)工(gong)作区。日前(qian),水(shui)(shui)(shui)下(xia)部(bu)分和承(cheng)台(tai)搭建完(wan)毕,昨天正式转(zhuan)为(wei)上部(bu)塔(ta)(ta)(ta)身施工(gong)。北塔(ta)(ta)(ta)将由36节段(duan)(duan)一层一层堆砌而成(cheng),吊装(zhuang)的(de)(de)是(shi)(shi)最下(xia)面(mian)一节段(duan)(duan)的(de)(de)钢(gang)壳。这个(ge)钢(gang)壳高(gao)4.67米(mi),重168吨,横截(jie)(jie)面(mian)相当于(yu)半个(ge)篮球(qiu)场大,安(an)装(zhuang)完(wan)成(cheng)后注入混凝土,第一节段(duan)(duan)才算完(wan)成(cheng)。36节段(duan)(duan)的(de)(de)钢(gang)壳最后将焊接(jie)在(zai)一起,紧(jin)紧(jin)“保护”住桥(qiao)墩。 

“长江五桥(qiao)建设的一大(da)亮点,就(jiu)是(shi)很多部件都是(shi)在工厂里制(zhi)作好(hao),运(yun)到(dao)现(xian)场后(hou)像搭积(ji)木一样拼接。采用这种建桥(qiao)工艺,标准更(geng)高,质量(liang)也更(geng)稳定。”市公建中心(xin)南(nan)京长江五桥(qiao)标段负责人赖用满(man)说,3月19日吊装的这个节段3月17日在扬(yang)州中铁宝桥(qiao)有限(xian)公司(si)制(zhi)作完成,18日运(yun)抵现(xian)场。 

经过一个多小时(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)高空(kong)吊装(zhuang),钢(gang)(gang)壳(qiao)进(jin)入主墩围堰(yan)中,之后还要(yao)(yao)进(jin)行精准(zhun)定位(wei)。虽说只(zhi)是现场(chang)组装(zhuang),但施工(gong)要(yao)(yao)求仍非常严格。原来(lai),钢(gang)(gang)壳(qiao)内分布(bu)着(zhe)密(mi)密(mi)麻麻的(de)(de)(de)钢(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)(jin),仅竖向(xiang)的(de)(de)(de)就有(you)1000多根(gen)。“钢(gang)(gang)壳(qiao)里(li)的(de)(de)(de)钢(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)要(yao)(yao)与地面承(cheng)台(tai)上预(yu)先安(an)装(zhuang)好的(de)(de)(de)钢(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)一根(gen)一根(gen)对接(jie)(jie),这(zhei)是整(zheng)个索(suo)塔安(an)装(zhuang)难度最大(da)的(de)(de)(de),需要(yao)(yao)半天时(shi)(shi)间。”赖(lai)用满说,承(cheng)台(tai)施工(gong)时(shi)(shi),对每根(gen)钢(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)都(dou)进(jin)行了精准(zhun)定位(wei),同(tong)时(shi)(shi)与工(gong)厂制作(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)钢(gang)(gang)壳(qiao)内钢(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)不断(duan)比对,以(yi)确保现场(chang)安(an)装(zhuang)时(shi)(shi),两根(gen)钢(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)之间误差小于(yu)5毫米。钢(gang)(gang)壳(qiao)里(li)的(de)(de)(de)钢(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)与承(cheng)台(tai)钢(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)全部对接(jie)(jie)完毕后,才能注入混(hun)凝(ning)土。36节钢(gang)(gang)壳(qiao)之间的(de)(de)(de)钢(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)都(dou)将通过这(zhei)种方式精准(zhun)对接(jie)(jie)。 

长(zhang)江(jiang)五(wu)桥为(wei)“北桥南隧”设计,起自浦口区五(wu)里(li)桥,接(jie)改(gai)建(jian)(jian)的江(jiang)北大(da)道,跨越长(zhang)江(jiang)主航道后,经梅子洲下穿(chuan)夹(jia)江(jiang),接(jie)已建(jian)(jian)成的江(jiang)山大(da)街,全长(zhang)约10.3公里(li)。根(gen)据(ju)施工计划,位于(yu)江(jiang)中的中塔和位于(yu)南岸(an)的南塔本月也(ye)将开始施工。长(zhang)江(jiang)五(wu)桥2020年建(jian)(jian)成通车后不设收费(fei)站,将成为(wei)南京又一个免费(fei)过(guo)江(jiang)通道。
